Programs that can work with real schedules and real constraints.
About Run Fit Well
Movement for people. Performance for life.
Run Fit Well is a San Francisco Bay Area fitness and wellness company helping organizations and individuals move better, train with purpose and build routines that work in real life.
Our StoryWe believe movement works best when it fits the person, the workplace and the schedule.
Run Fit Well brings together corporate wellness, running coaching and personal training under one practical approach. Rather than forcing people into a fixed system, we start by understanding goals, current capacity, environment and available time.
For companies, that can mean workplace fitness, corporate run clubs, yoga, mobility, employee workshops, wellness challenges or special events. For individuals, it can mean structured running coaching, strength work, mobility or one-to-one personal training.
Coaching shaped around people rather than generic templates.
Clear steps that help people build confidence and capacity over time.

Meet the Founder
Edvandro Oliveira
Coach · Educator · Performance Specialist
Born in Bahia, Brazil, Edvandro’s passion for movement began with competitive fútbol and Track & Field. He later earned a B.S. in Physical Education & Sports Science and built a coaching career spanning more than 15 years across multiple countries.
His background combines science-based training with a strong emphasis on human connection. His coaching experience includes running, hypertrophy and injury rehabilitation, and he has worked with athletes who reached the Paralympics and World Championships.
The goal is not simply to complete workouts. It is to help people understand how to train, progress with purpose and build a stronger relationship with movement.
Every interaction—inside sport or outside it—can teach us something. Progress comes from staying curious, connected and willing to grow.
That mindset shapes the Run Fit Well approach: use science, stay adaptable and keep the person at the center of the process.
